Starting with basic hatha yoga postures, this class integrates flowing from one posture to the next
(vinyasa) to learn to connect the breath with each posture.
This practice helps to increase strength, balance, freedom and mobility of the mind, body, and
spirit.
Students can bring their own mats or use mats that are available. Blocks, and straps are
provided.
