Meditation and mindfulness practices with modern neuroscience to guide clients on the trans-formative journey of cultivating untapped inner resources. Recent studies from Harvard University found that people who meditate have an increase in brain activity, amounts of grey matter, and in the auditory and sensory cortex of the brain. It found that meditation reduces stress, clears thinking and increases empathy.
