Jay has been in the health performance field for almost a decade. He received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science/wellness from Georgia Southwestern State University and a master’s degree in sports medicine from Georgia Southern University. He surrounded them with a plethora of certifications and specialties, including corrective exercise specialist, certified personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning coach, weight loss specialist, senior fitness specialist, and certified nutrition coach. He is a firm believer in optimized aging. He believes that age should not be an excuse for many of the preventable health issues faced by middle and older aged adults. He uses his expertise to ensure that each client receives personalized and effective coaching to maximize their ability to achieve success on their health and wellness journey.
